OVERVIEW: Secures orders from existing and potential customers by means of visiting the customer facility or home. Offers the appropriate company products for each customer, and conducts hands-on review if possible.  Sometimes obtains customer orders through follow-up phone contact. This is a hourly & commission based position.

 Sales & Marketing Representative will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquires about memberships & services. They also handle and resolve customer's complaints. Some customer service representatives will assist individuals interested in opening accounts.

In many cases you may gather information by phone or in person and receive orders for from members to be delivered, turned on, turned off, or changed. You may look into and resolve complaints about billings and service.

Sales & Marketing Representatives also may explain how to use memberships and solve any members problems for example  (explain to users how to navigate an Internet site.)
